Sucre

Near our hotel in Sucre. From this church Bolivia's independence from Alto Peru was announced. Next door are the army barracks where there was a brief insurrection shortly after, and next to that, the mercado central. I found the top of a ram's head, with horns and all, in the plaza next door. But overall it's a clean and tidy place.
